RACE AND SUPPORTING PROGRAM

To book an activity and for additional information, please contact the provider listed next to the activity you are interested in.  

REGISTRATION, CHANGES AND STARTING NUMBERS

A runner who cannot participate due to health reasons is entitled to a refund. A participant who cannot participate in the event due to health problems and has already paid the entry fee may request a partial refund of the entry fee at: info@soca-outdoor.si.  The runner must submit an official health document (medical report, medical certificate, etc.) when requesting a refund.

Please note the following:

  • 90% refund if the refund request is issued before 1. 3. 2026
  • 70% refund if the refund request is issued between 2. 3. 2026 and 1. 4. 2026
  • 50% refund if the refund request is issued between 2. 4. 2026 and 1. 6. 2026

A refund after 1. 5. 2026 is not possible, regardless of the reason why the runner does not participate in the competition.

If the runner does not participate in the race, regardless of the reason, he also denies the starting package and all other benefits that runners have.

If the reason for non-participation is not medical, we can arrange a replacement runner. This can be arranged until 10. 6. 2026. Please send us the new runner’s details at info@soca-outdoor.si 

Changing the distance is possible, but you must do so by 10. 6. 2026. 

If you choose a shorter distance, there is no refund, while if you choose a longer distance, there in an additional fee.

Yes, transferring your registration to another runner is possible until 10. 6. 2026. After this date, changes will only be possible on the day of the event for an additional fee of 10 €. Contact for changes: info@soca-outdoor.com

The deadline for registration is 15. 6. 2026 or until the places in each distance are filled.

Registration at the event will only be possible if there are free places. Information about this will be published in the week before the event on our Facebook and Instagram profiles.

A medical certificate isn’t required for participation. Everyone competes at their own risk. 

You can pick up your race bib at the main festival venue in Tolmin at:

  • Friday, 26. 6. 2026, from 16.00 to 21.00
  • Saturday, 27.6.2026, from 6.00 to 7.30 
  • Saturday, 27.6.2026, from 16.00 to 19.00 (for rodes adidas Terrex 15 km, Continental 10 km + 5 km + Nordic walking)
  • Sunday, 28. 6. 2026, from 6.00 to 9.00 (for rodes adidas Terrex 15 km, Continental 10 km + 5 km)

We recommend picking up the starting package on Friday to avoid possible crowds on the day on the race. 

Runners must pick up their bibs in person. If someone else picks up your starting bib, they should have your authorization whit them.

The starting number can be taken over by another runner in the event of a replacement competitor (additional charge of 10 €). The new runner should have the authorization of the registered runner.

No, registering as a group does not mean that the race bib will automatically be prepared together for collection. If you would like this, please send us a list of your group members (names, surnames, routes, T-shirt numbers) by 24.6. so that we can prepare them for joint collection.

Otherwise, each member will receive their own race bib.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPETITON ROUTES

The final “.gpx” files will be published in the running guide you will receive before the event. We will also send them to you via e-newsletter in May or early June.

Yes, routes are marked with orange ribbons, flags with reflectors, and signals. 

Time limits are: 

  • 50 km – I feel Slovenia: 12 h
  • 35 km – Ford: 8 h
  • 25 km – Soča: 6 h
  • 15 km – Adidas Terrex: 4 h
  • 10 km – Continental: 3 h 
  • 5 km – Hempika: 2 h
  • Triglav Vertical Run: 2 h
  • Nordic walking: 4 h
  • Triglav Vertical run: Friday, 28.6. at 19.00 
  • 50 km: Saturday, 27. 6. at 6.30 
  • 35 km: Saturday, 27. 6. at 7.00 
  • 25 km: Saturday, 27. 6.  at 7.30 – 7.40 – 7.50 
  • 15 km: Sunday, 28. 6. at 7.00- 7.10- 7.15 
  • 5 km: Sunday, 28. 6. at 8.00 
  • 10 km: Sunday, 28.6. at 9.00 – 9.10 – 9.15 
  • Nordic walking na 5 km in 10 km: Sunday, 28.6. at 9.15

For disciplines where starts are organized in blocks (10km, 15km, 25km), those who start in the first block compete for the absolute victory in the discipline. Competitors are classified in any block at the start – it is the responsibility of the individual. Competitors competing for the overall victory are classified in the first starting block. Complaints after the finish are not possible.

ITRA points are awarded for the I feel Slovenia 50km and Soča 35km races:

  • I feel Slovenia 50km: 3 ITRA points
  • Soča 35km: 1 ITRA point

Yes, runners must arrive at the start in Volče (approximately 3 km from the festival venue) with their own transport or on foot. Parking will also be available in Volče.

You can run with your dog, but it must be on a leash. At the start, position yourself in the background so that the dog does not hinder/threaten other competitors.

Important: if you finish in the top three, your result will not be considered.

AID STATIONS 

Information for each distance is available on the website under the “COMPETITIONS” tab: https://soca-outdoor.com/en/5-km-trail/ 

Aid stations will provide:

  • Food: Energy bars, bananas, apples, oranges, tomatoes, cucumbers, soup, cheese, salami, peanuts, chips, cookies
  • Drinks: Water, isotonic drinks, Coca-Cola

Runners must bring a cup, water bottle, or camel bag with them to the refreshment station. If you do not have a cup yet, you can purchase one when you pick up your start number.

There is no time limit for stopping at the refreshment station, runners should pay attention to the time limits.

The organizer’s emergency number will be listed on the BIB number.

Runners can only be helped at the aid station and not between stations, where they are completely self-sufficient.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

Each runner must have their own reusable cup.

Each runner must show the mandatory equipment if required. For each missing piece of mandatory equipment, the runner gets 0.5 hours extra. If a runner refuses to show equipment, he is disqualified.

INFRASTRUCTURE ON SITE

A special parking lot will be set up for the duration of the event. Please respect the signs and follow the instructions of the stewards who will direct you. If you are staying in Tolmin, we invite you to come to the venue on foot.

The parking fee will be 10 EUR per car (uniform for all days). Those who will be camping in the campsite will park for free.

There are also other parking lots available in Tolmin, but they are a bit further away.

Toilets and shower cabins will be set up at the venue. Outdoor showers will also be available in the camp. 

Cloakrooms for storage and changing will not be available. 

ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION AND ACCOMMODATION

There are many accommodation options in Tolmin and the surrounding area, but they are also very busy during the season. We recommend booking as early as possible. You can view accommodation options on the Soča Valley website: https://www.soca-valley.com/en/accommodation/   

Nearby are the Siber campsite, Labrca campsite and Gabrje campsite.

As we are aware that the capacities in Tolmin and the surrounding area fill up very quickly, there will also be a festival camp near the main venue. It is an improvised site, but there will be chemical toilets, outdoor showers and washbasins. 

Advance reservations are essential – you can book directly when registering for the run, or later, as we have also added the option to reserve a camp separately to the registration form.

The camp will be available from Friday, 26. 6. 2026, from 13.00 until Sunday, 28. 6. 2026 until 17.00. The price is 25€ per person.

There will be parking near the main venue. The price per car is €10 (valid for the whole weekend – so if you arrive on Friday to get a number and run on Sunday, you only pay on Friday and show your receipt on Sunday). 

There are also other (some free) parking lots available in Tolmin.

FESTIVAL CAMP 

You can reserve a place when registering for the run. You can also reserve for your companions – the price is 25 € per person.

If you have already registered for the run but want to reserve a place in the tent camp later, you can do this in the same way as you registered for the run – you will see the “camping reservation” item among the registration options.

Yes, you can, register them along with you via the registration form. The price is 25 € per person (the price is the same for all days). The price includes the festival fee and a contribution for arranging the tent camp, renting pitches, toilets and waste removal. 

Children under 12 years old camp for free.

The camp will be just a few steps away from the main venue. 

The camp will be accessed from the Hofer intersection (Hofer exit) (https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=173h8YBrbKyK3W35Ra4o3OE4SqjnzV-w&usp=sharing).  Follow the signposts. If you were thinking of bringing your bikes, please note that there is an underpass on the way, so it is possible that you will not be able to get across with your bikes on the roof. 

Cars are not allowed to enter the tent site, not even for unloading. This does not apply if you are sleeping in your car – a special place will be available for you.

Arrival: Friday, 26.6., between 13.00 and 21.00 or Saturday, 27.6., between 8.00 and 20.00

Departure: by Sunday, 28.6., until 17.00

A designated parking area will be provided for cars – you cannot drive directly to the campsite.

Yes, but it must be on a leash and under control of the owner. 

Yes. The price of 25 € per person also applies to those who will sleep in campers or cars. A specific spot will be provided for you so please follow the staff’s instruments upon arrival. 

Parking will be available free for those who will be staying in the camp. Parking will also be available nearby. 

To provide space and comfort for more tents, a designated parking space will be provided, so please be mindful of the guards and staff who will direct you. Cars aren’t allowed to enter the camp, not even for unloading. 

There will be chemical toilets, outdoor showers and sinks.
