The rules and conditions of participation in the prize contest (hereinafter referred to as the rules) define the procedures and conditions under which the participant participates in the prize contest. The valid rules and conditions are published on the website www.soca-outdoor.com.

Article 1: Organizer of the Prize Contest and Prize

The giveaway is organized by Zavod Tovarna trajnostnega turizma GoodPlace, Rimska cesta 2B, Ljubljana (hereinafter referred to as the organizer).

By participating in the giveaway, participants compete for the following prize:

• 1 ticket to visit Tolmin Gorges (first 4 “Guess the spot” posts),
• or 2 tickets for the historic Javorca, Holy Spirit Church (the last “Guess the spot” post in the series).

A total of 5 awards will therefore be awarded during the giveaway period, one for each “Guess the spot” post.

Article 2: Purpose of the Prize Contest

The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the Soča Valley destination.

Article 3: Publication and Duration of the Prize Contest
The prize contest will be published on the Facebook and Instagram profile at https://www.facebook.com/socaoutdoorfestival and https://www.instagram.com/socaoutdoor/. The prize contest is not sponsored by Facebook and is not affiliated with Meta. 

The giveaway will take place five times:

• April 22, 2026 – April 27, 2026
• May 13, 2026 – May 19, 2026
• May 28, 2026 – June 1, 2026
• June 3, 2026 – June 9, 2026
• June 9, 2026 – June 15, 2026

Each round will include one “Guess the spot” post, with one ticket to Tolmin Gorges awarded per post, except at the last post in the series, where 2 tickets for Javorca will be awarded.

Article 4: Conditions for Participation in the Prize Contest
All users of the social networks Facebook and Instagram (individuals over 18 years old) who have created a user account on social networks can participate in the prize contest.

Participants enter the giveaway by correctly guessing the location shown in the image or video and writing their answer in the comments under the giveaway post.

The prize contest is intended only for natural persons, legal entities and sole proprietors cannot participate in the promotion. The user can participate in the prize contest only once and receive only one prize.

Persons employed by the organizer of the prize contest may not participate in the prize contest.

Article 5: Draw and Announcement of the Winner

Among all participants who meet the conditions from Article 4, one winner will be selected for each “Guess the spot” post (5 posts in total).

The results are final and will be announced via Instagram and Facebook Stories on the Soča Outdoor profiles.

Winner announcement dates:

• April 28, 2026 (winner of 1st post)
• May 20, 2026 (winner of 2nd post)
• June 2, 2026 (winner of 3rd post)
• June 10, 2026 (winner of 4th post)
• June 16, 2026 (winner of 5th post)

The draw will not be public and results are final. No appeals are possible.

The winner will be notified via direct message on the social network where they participated. Within 8 days, the winner must provide their email, full name, and address to receive the prize (voucher for Tolmin Gorges, or Javorca).

The prize can be used until the next Soča Outdoor Festival in June 2027.

If the winner does not respond within 8 days, the prize is considered declined.

Article 6: Collection of the Prize
The organizer will inform the winner about the conditions for collecting the prize via the social network on which they participated in the prize contest.

After submitting their details (name, surname, address, email), the winner will receive the prize at the provided address.

If the winner does not provide their information within 8 calendar days, the organizer will consider that they have waived the prize and will draw another winner.

Article 7: Reporting the Prize to the Tax Authority
Prizes are taxed under the Income Tax Act. For prizes that exceed the taxable value limit of EUR 42.00, income tax must be paid.

Any income tax payments in accordance with the annual income tax decision are the responsibility of the prize winner. All additional taxes and other public charges related to the delivery of the prize are borne by the winner.

Article 8: Change of Rules
The organizer of the prize contest reserves the right to change the conditions of the prize contest at any time if this is required by content, commercial or technical reasons. The organizer cannot influence possible causes of a technical nature that may prevent users from participating in the prize contest. The organizer is also not responsible for such reasons.

Article 9: Protection of Personal Data
By participating in the prize contest, the participants of the prize contest allow the organizer to collect, process and store the provided personal data, in accordance with the applicable legislation governing the field of personal data protection. The controller of the personal data collection is the organizer of the prize contest. Participants to whom the personal data relate have certain rights related to personal data, which are listed on the website at Privacy Policy. The organizer of the prize contest will use the personal data of the winners exclusively for the purposes of conducting the prize contest. The organizer of the prize contest guarantees that the data provided by the participants will not be handed over to third parties, unless this is necessary for the implementation of the prize contest (when the prize is provided by a third party), or used in any other way contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia,

By participating in the prize contest, participants, in the event that they are awarded, expressly agree to allow the publication of personal data (name and surname) on the Soča Outdoor Facebook page and on the Soča Outdoor Instagram story profile.

Article 10: Awareness of the Rules of the Prize Contest
By participating in the prize contest, the participant agrees to these General Terms and Conditions of the prize contest and agrees that:
