General Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway
General Terms and Conditions of the "Guess the Spot" Giveaway
The rules and conditions of participation in the prize contest (hereinafter referred to as the rules) define the procedures and conditions under which the participant participates in the prize contest. The valid rules and conditions are published on the website www.soca-outdoor.com.
Article 1: Organizer of the Prize Contest and Prize
The giveaway is organized by Zavod Tovarna trajnostnega turizma GoodPlace, Rimska cesta 2B, Ljubljana (hereinafter referred to as the organizer).
By participating in the giveaway, participants compete for the following prize:
- 1 ticket to visit Tolmin Gorges (first 4 “Guess the spot” posts),
- or 2 tickets for the historic Javorca, Holy Spirit Church (the last “Guess the spot” post in the series).
A total of 5 awards will therefore be awarded during the giveaway period, one for each “Guess the spot” post.
Article 2: Purpose of the Prize Contest
The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the Soča Valley destination.
Article 3: Publication and Duration of the Prize Contest
The prize contest will be published on the Facebook and Instagram profile at https://www.facebook.com/socaoutdoorfestival and https://www.instagram.com/socaoutdoor/. The prize contest is not sponsored by Facebook and is not affiliated with Meta.
The giveaway will take place five times:
- April 22, 2026 – April 27, 2026
- May 13, 2026 – May 19, 2026
- May 28, 2026 – June 1, 2026
- June 3, 2026 – June 9, 2026
- June 9, 2026 – June 15, 2026
Each round will include one “Guess the spot” post, with one ticket to Tolmin Gorges awarded per post, except at the last post in the series, where 2 tickets for Javorca will be awarded.
Article 4: Conditions for Participation in the Prize Contest
All users of the social networks Facebook and Instagram (individuals over 18 years old) who have created a user account on social networks can participate in the prize contest.
Participants enter the giveaway by correctly guessing the location shown in the image or video and writing their answer in the comments under the giveaway post.
The prize contest is intended only for natural persons, legal entities and sole proprietors cannot participate in the promotion. The user can participate in the prize contest only once and receive only one prize.
Persons employed by the organizer of the prize contest may not participate in the prize contest.
Article 5: Draw and Announcement of the Winner
Among all participants who meet the conditions from Article 4, one winner will be selected for each “Guess the spot” post (5 posts in total).
The results are final and will be announced via Instagram and Facebook Stories on the Soča Outdoor profiles.
Winner announcement dates:
- April 28, 2026 (winner of 1st post)
- May 20, 2026 (winner of 2nd post)
- June 2, 2026 (winner of 3rd post)
- June 10, 2026 (winner of 4th post)
- June 16, 2026 (winner of 5th post)
The draw will not be public and results are final. No appeals are possible.
The winner will be notified via direct message on the social network where they participated. Within 8 days, the winner must provide their email, full name, and address to receive the prize (voucher for Tolmin Gorges, or Javorca).
The prize can be used until the next Soča Outdoor Festival in June 2027.
If the winner does not respond within 8 days, the prize is considered declined.
Article 6: Collection of the Prize
The organizer will inform the winner about the conditions for collecting the prize via the social network on which they participated in the prize contest.
After submitting their details (name, surname, address, email), the winner will receive the prize at the provided address.
If the winner does not provide their information within 8 calendar days, the organizer will consider that they have waived the prize and will draw another winner.
Article 7: Reporting the Prize to the Tax Authority
Prizes are taxed under the Income Tax Act. For prizes that exceed the taxable value limit of EUR 42.00, income tax must be paid.
Any income tax payments in accordance with the annual income tax decision are the responsibility of the prize winner. All additional taxes and other public charges related to the delivery of the prize are borne by the winner.
Article 8: Change of Rules
The organizer of the prize contest reserves the right to change the conditions of the prize contest at any time if this is required by content, commercial or technical reasons. The organizer cannot influence possible causes of a technical nature that may prevent users from participating in the prize contest. The organizer is also not responsible for such reasons.
Article 9: Protection of Personal Data
By participating in the prize contest, the participants of the prize contest allow the organizer to collect, process and store the provided personal data, in accordance with the applicable legislation governing the field of personal data protection. The controller of the personal data collection is the organizer of the prize contest. Participants to whom the personal data relate have certain rights related to personal data, which are listed on the website at Privacy Policy. The organizer of the prize contest will use the personal data of the winners exclusively for the purposes of conducting the prize contest. The organizer of the prize contest guarantees that the data provided by the participants will not be handed over to third parties, unless this is necessary for the implementation of the prize contest (when the prize is provided by a third party), or used in any other way contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia,
By participating in the prize contest, participants, in the event that they are awarded, expressly agree to allow the publication of personal data (name and surname) on the Soča Outdoor Facebook page and on the Soča Outdoor Instagram story profile.
Article 10: Awareness of the Rules of the Prize Contest
By participating in the prize contest, the participant agrees to these General Terms and Conditions of the prize contest and agrees that:

The rules and terms of participation in the giveaway (hereinafter: the Rules) define the procedures and conditions under which participants may take part in the giveaway. The valid Rules and Terms are published on the website www.soca-outdoor.com.
Article 1: Giveaway Organizer and Prize
The prize draw is organised by Zavod Tovarna trajnostnega turizma GoodPlace, Rimska cesta 2B, Ljubljana, in cooperation with the Public Institute for Tourism Soča Valley, Positive Sport d.o.o., and the Slovenian Tourist Board under the I feel Slovenia brand (hereinafter: the Organiser).
By participating in the prize draw, participants are eligible to win the following prize:
1x one-day mountain bike rental for exploring the Soča Valley
Two prizes will be awarded. The prize provider is the Public Institute for Tourism Soča Valley (website: www.soca-valley.com/), in cooperation with Positive Sport d.o.o. (website: positive-sport.com/).
The recipient may redeem the prize in the form of a gift voucher until the I feel Slovenia Soča Outdoor Festival in 2027.
Article 2: Purpose of the Giveaway
The Organiser is holding the prize draw for the purpose of promoting the Soča Valley destination.
Article 3: Publication and Duration of the Giveaway
The prize draw will be announced on the Facebook and Instagram profiles at https://www.facebook.com/socaoutdoorfestival and https://www.instagram.com/socaoutdoor/.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
The prize draw will take place during the event: from 26 June 2026 to 28 June 2026 inclusive.
Article 4: Conditions for Participation
The prize draw is open to all users of the Facebook and Instagram social networks who are natural persons over the age of 18, have a user account on these social networks, and are also visitors or participants of the I feel Slovenia Soča Outdoor Festival 2026.
As this is a digital activation at the event, all participants who do the following will be entered into the prize draw:
- share content from the most photogenic parts of the route and event venue on their Instagram profile, either as a story or as a post,
- use the hashtag #shareyourflow in the post,
- and tag the official profiles of the prize draw organisers: @socaoutdoor, @socavalley, and @feelslovenia.
The prize draw is intended only for natural persons. Legal entities and sole proprietors may not participate in the campaign.
Persons employed by the Organiser of the prize draw may not participate.
Article 5: Prize Draw and Winner Announcement
One winner will be drawn from among all participants who meet the conditions set out in Article 4. The result of the draw is final and will be published on the Instagram and Facebook story of the Soča Outdoor profile.
Both winners of the prize draw will be announced on: 2 July 2026.
The draw will not be public and the results will be final. Appeals are not possible.
The winner will be notified of the result via a message on the social network through which they participated in the prize draw. Within 8 days of receiving the message, the winner must provide the Organiser with their email address, name, surname, and address so that they can be informed about the collection of the prize and so that the prize can be sent to the address provided.
If the winner does not provide their details within 8 days of receiving the prize notification, it will be deemed that they have rejected the prize.
Article 6: Prize Delivery
The Organiser will inform the winner about the conditions for collecting the prize via the social network through which they participated in the prize draw. After the winner provides their details — name, surname, address, and email address — the prize will be sent to the address provided.
If the winner does not provide their details within 8 calendar days, the Organiser will consider that they have waived the prize and will draw another winner.
Article 7: Tax Obligations
Prizes are subject to taxation in accordance with the Personal Income Tax Act. Income tax must be paid for prizes exceeding the taxable threshold of EUR 42.00.
Any income tax obligations arising from the annual tax assessment are the responsibility of the winner. All additional taxes and other public charges related to the receipt of the prize shall be borne by the winner.
Article 8: Amendments to the Rules
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the giveaway rules at any time if required due to content-related, commercial, or technical reasons. The Organizer cannot influence any technical issues that may prevent users from participating in the giveaway and assumes no responsibility for such issues.
Article 9: Personal Data Protection
By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data provided to the Organizer in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation. The controller of the personal data collection is the giveaway Organizer.
Participants whose personal data is being processed have certain rights related to personal data protection, which are listed in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
The Organizer will use the personal data of the winners exclusively for the purposes of conducting the giveaway. The Organizer guarantees that the personal data provided by participants will not be disclosed to third parties unless necessary for the execution of the giveaway (for example, when the prize is provided or delivered by a third party), or otherwise used contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
By participating in the giveaway, participants expressly agree, in the event that they win, to allow the publication of their personal data (first and last name) on the Soča Outdoor Facebook page and in the Soča Outdoor Instagram story.
Article 10: Acceptance of the Giveaway Rules
By participating in the giveaway, participants confirm that they are familiar with these giveaway Rules and Terms and fully accept them.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Rules and undertakes to publish any updated version on www.soca-outdoor.com.

The rules and terms of participation in the giveaway (hereinafter: the Rules) define the procedures and conditions under which participants may take part in the giveaway. The valid Rules and Terms are published on the website www.soca-outdoor.com.

The prize draw is organised by Zavod Tovarna trajnostnega turizma GoodPlace, Rimska cesta 2B, Ljubljana, in cooperation with Intersport Slovenia and Intersport Croatia (hereinafter: the Organiser).
By participating in the prize draw, participants are eligible to win the following prize:
1x pair of adidas TERREX Skychaser AX5 GTX shoes
The prize provider is either Intersport Slovenia (website: https://www.intersport.si/) or Intersport Croatia (website: https://www.intersport.hr/), depending on where the winner collects the prize.
Article 2: Purpose of the Giveaway
The Organiser is publishing the prize draw for the purpose of promoting adidas TERREX Skychaser AX5 GTX hiking shoes and Intersport stores.
Article 3: Publication and Duration of the Giveaway
The prize draw will be announced on the Instagram profile at https://www.instagram.com/socaoutdoor/.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
The prize draw will run from: 19 June 2026 up to and including 24 June 2026.
Article 4: Conditions for Participation
The prize draw is open to all Instagram users who are natural persons over the age of 18, have created a user account, and who will:
- follow the profiles @intersport_slovenija and @intersport_hrvatska
- and tag a friend in the comment under the post with whom they would most like to go hiking.
The prize draw is intended only for natural persons. Legal entities and sole proprietors may not participate in the campaign.
Persons employed by the Organiser of the prize draw may not participate.
Article 5: Prize Draw and Winner Announcement
One winner will be drawn from among all participants who meet the conditions set out in Article 4. The result of the draw is final and will be published on the Instagram story of the Soča Outdoor profile.
The winner of the prize draw will be announced on: 25 June 2026.
The draw will not be public and the results will be final. Appeals are not possible.
The winner will be notified of the result by message via the social network on which they participated in the prize draw. The winner must provide the Organiser with their first name, surname, shoe size, and selected Intersport store in Slovenia where they will collect the prize within 8 days of receiving the message.
If the winner does not provide their details within 8 days of receiving the prize notification, it will be deemed that they have rejected the prize.
