• You can also rent a SUP for a shorter period and explore the area around the beach. SUPs and mini rafts are great for recreation, exploring, or simply relaxing on the water.

• Slackline is an excellent tool for learning hidden balance skills, which are indispensable for achieving top results in running or any other activity. In a very short time of such training (2 hours), we can learn the operation of key balance concepts (proprioception, fluidity of movement, concentration, intuitive reaction, visualization, flow). The main advantage of slackline is that we learn the necessary techniques in just 1 hour, since there is very little of it, and then we can devote all our attention to the correct mental attitude, which is key to better balance. This is where many advantages come from, which are key to success in competitions or, more broadly, in difficult situations, because often the head is the first to fail. In addition to increasing body stabilization and muscle responsiveness with slacklining, we also gain:
  • better proprioception, control over muscle strength and timing, increased fluidity of movement for better energy utilization and achieving a state of flow
  • we experience a higher level of concentration,
  • we learn to better trust our intuition (because it is faster than rational signals from the forebrain and is therefore key to better balance),
  • we learn to persevere in stressful, difficult-to-imagine situations,
  • we learn the effectiveness of visualization and the power of the mind, the impact of breathing on the body and mind,
  • we learn how the concept of flow/drive works and learn to maintain it for longer periods of time.
