MORE
Where is the main I feel Slovenia Soča Outdoor Festival venue located?
The main venue of the Soča Outdoor Festival is in Tolmin, at the confluence of the Soča River and Tolminka River, one of the most scenic locations in Slovenia. The confluence is the heart of the festival, where trail race starts and finishes, concerts, side events, and riverside social gatherings take place.
What can I do at the Soča Outdoor Festival besides running?
The I feel Slovenia Soča Outdoor Festival is much more than just a trail run. Along the Soča River, you can enjoy guided yoga workshops, hikes, and water activities (rafting, SUP, swimming), cycling routes, local cuisine, a kids’ race, workshops for the youngest visitors, talks, music, and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere. We want everyone to feel the flow of the Soča and the energy of the community. Come, explore, and enjoy the very best the Soča Valley has to offer.
Where can I stay in Tolmin and the surrounding area?
Accommodation capacities in and around Tolmin fill up quickly during the festival, so we recommend booking as early as possible. You can find available accommodation options in the Soča Valley here: https://www.soca-valley.com/en/accommodation/.There are also three campsites near the festival venue – Camp Gabrje, Camp Siber, and Camp Labrca.
As an alternative, a festival campsite will be available near the venue during the event. This is a temporary camping area equipped with chemical toilets, outdoor showers, and sinks. The campsite is open from Friday afternoon to Sunday, for more information click here. Capacity is limited to 600 people. Please note that on-site registration will not be possible without prior booking!
Can I come to the festival even if I’m not running?
Absolutely! Soča Outdoor Festival offers plenty of side activities, food and drink stands, live music, and a relaxed festival vibe. Everyone who enjoys nature, good food, and an active community is welcome. Entrance to the festival area is free of charge.
Where and how can I collect my race bib?
Race bib collection for the trail runs takes place at the main festival venue in Tolmin (Dijaška ulica 18, Tolmin). Parking will be available nearby, and from there you can walk to the venue along the cycling path. You must collect your race bib in person by presenting a valid ID. If someone else is collecting your race package on your behalf, they must bring an authorization letter.
We recommend collecting your race package on Friday to avoid possible queues on race day.
You can check the schedule for picking up your race number here.
If you register as a group, this does not automatically include a group pickup. If you wish to collect all race packages together, please send us your group list (names, surnames, race distances, and T-shirt sizes) via email by the date stated on this page, so we can prepare them in advance. Otherwise, each participant must collect their own race bib.
