It\u2019s uphill all the way, but you\u2019ve got this!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For some, the run uphill from the center of Tolmin to Kozlov Rob is just an active warm-up before longer trail races; for others, it\u2019s a serious running competition with no room or time for rest. Once you leave the asphalt streets behind after starting in front of the city museum and the ground beneath your feet turns steep, it will show what you\u2019re made of. Will your muscles endure the tension to the top, or will cramps win? Will your lungs manage to take in enough oxygen to keep you moving uphill, or will you have to slow your pace?There will be more than one reward: the view of the setting sun and the So\u010da Valley from the ruins of Tolmin Castle. Prizes await the fastest runners, and additional awards for those who combine the vertical run with one of the Saturday or Sunday trail running races.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
