I feel Slovenia Soča Outdoor Festival is around the corner; therefore, we are publishing some important information about the competition and other activities.
- Racebook: please download, read and save the event’s Racebook (PDF, English language), where you can find all the information you need.
- Schedule: you can find the latest event program on our website and in the raceguide.
- Registration: we start with BIB pickups on Friday from 17.00 to 21.00 and continue Saturday morning 6.00 – 7.30 (for routes of 50 km, 35 km and 25 km), and in the afternoon hours for routes of 15 km, 10 km and 5 km (16:00 – 19:00). On Sunday, starting numbers will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (for the 15 km, 10 km and 5 km routes).
- Starts: the starts of Continental 10km, adidas Terrex 15km and Triglav 25km trail runs will be divided into blocks; competitors will start in 10-minute rounds. Let us warn you that only those who will be in the first block will compete for the overall discipline win.
Start Continental 10km: 9.00 – 9.10 – 9.20 (SUNDAY)
Start adidas Terrex 15km: 7.30 – 7.40 – 7.50 (SUNDAY)
Start Triglav 25km: 7.30 – 7.40 – 7.50 (SATURDAY)
- Weather: make sure you wear sunscreen, waterproof clothing and stay hydrated!
- Camping: there will be a campsite at the venue. Check-in onsite is still possible, but places are limited. Register at the camp at the entry point (registration is mandatory).
- For parents: childcare will be organized for your youngest ones on Saturday from 7.00 to 15.00 and on Sunday from 8.00 till 12.00.
- Transportation: you can find a ride or a travel companion via our Facebook group Soča Outdoor Festival Prevozi/Transfers. If you come to the event by train, save your ticket – we’ll award you with a discount for the next year’s event! Because we want to reduce the pressure on the environment, we have introduced a parking fee this year. The price of parking is €5 per vehicle for the entire parking time.
- Registration, part two: transfers of your registration to the 2025 event and refunds are not possible. A competitor’s name change can be made at registration for an additional fee of 10€
